Biography

Bildra Forheim’s fascination with numbers began long before she ever set foot in Neverwood. Raised as the daughter of a master dwarven craftsperson, she grew up hearing the phrase “measure twice, cut once” — advice she took very much to heart. As a child, she could often be found carefully measuring every surface in her father’s workshop, a habit that soon expanded to include entire buildings.

Architecture became Bildra’s first great love, and it has remained central to her work ever since. Her research focuses on the arcane physics of construction: how magic, mathematics, and material interact to create structures that endure. Though now considered a more theoretical scholar, Bildra retains a deeply practical mindset.

She is particularly fascinated by the Academy’s more mathematically complex buildings, often studying them from every conceivable angle in an effort to reproduce their principles on a smaller, usable scale. While some of her more abstract-minded colleagues gently mock her habit of measuring everything she encounters, Bildra has little patience for such teasing — her proofs are precise, her designs flawless, and her results speak for themselves.
